Marisol Alvarez was born in New Jersey and raised in Miami, Florida by her parents of Cuban descent. In Miami, she worked for home builders and developers, immersing herself in the construction process. Her love of regional architecture heavily influenced her and eventually led her to pursue a career in real estate. Looking for a change of scenery and career opportunities, Marisol re-located to Raleigh in 2011 where she then obtained her real estate license in 2012. Marisol has found real estate to be very rewarding. Whether she is helping a first-time home buyer, assisting a client in re-locating, or educating an investor, she knows she is providing a quality, tangible service to her clients. She loves how her role on the team and the helping hand she gives all her customers throughout the entire process makes a difference. Marisol is also fully bi-lingual, enabling her to reach out to those in the Triangle area in need of these services. Her commitment to her clients and her ability to provide people with a superior customer experience is the driving force behind all she does. She always feels complete and is most satisfied knowing a job has been well done. In her free time, Marisol enjoys traveling and cooking for friends and family.
